Safer than traditional lanyards due to retractable technology to ensure falls are stopped within a few inches. Lightweight, compact and durable. Rugged aluminum or thermoplastic housing with stainless steel working components and swivel housing connector to withstand rough use. Ergonomic for greater comfort and ease of use with smooth case and rounded corners. Increases worker productivity and reduces worker fatigue. Unique speed-sensing brake keeps forces to a minimum and reduces clearance requirements. Maximum arresting force of 900 lbs. and support capacity of 420 lbs. Stainless steel or galvanized cable options available, 5 mm cable dia. No annual re-certification required. Meets all applicable OSHA regulations and ANSI standards, including ANSI Z359.1.
